North Star Counseling is founded by Laura Newsom, LCPC, LADC and Meghan Barker, LCSW. Meghan and Laura are both Master’s level therapists, licensed by the State of Maine. Meghan is a LCSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Laura is a LCPC, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, and a LADC, Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor.
