We provide assessment, diagnoses, and therapy for individuals, ages 13 and older, seeking support and guidance with healing and change in their lives. We will collaborate with other community providers, including medical providers, school counselors, criminal justice, and family members, to help create a supportive team approach.
We assist families, with children ages 13 and older, in striving towards their goals, which may include, and is not limited to: improving communication, working towards acceptance and forgiveness, clarifying family roles, and showing resiliency in times of adversity. When needed, Laura and Meghan are able to provide therapy for adolescents and their parents in conjunction with one another.
We offer a variety of group options based upon need and request. Options may include, social skill building, mindfulness, DBT, and substance abuse. We encourage you to call us and share your needs related to group offerings.
